As a key leader of Best Buy’s strategic community engagement team, Amelia Hardy is responsible for engaging teams across the company to connect with communities and bring about social change and corporate responsibility. Additionally, Hardy oversees Best Buy’s racial equity and leadership immersion, a 12-week accelerated cohort that addresses practices of diversity, equity, and inclusion and helps create an internal network of inclusive leaders. She also serves as the electronics retailer’s ambassador for driving change with external partners and increasing employee engagement and community volunteering opportunities.
