Alyson Roth plays a strategic leadership role in driving innovation across Mayo Clinic. She served on the executive leadership team that launched Mayo Clinic’s Center for Digital Health, which is working on digital transformation that optimizes experiences and outcomes for patients and staff. As its chair, Roth oversees efforts such as building an adaptive infrastructure and simplifying digital engagement. The Center for Digital Health also partners with Mayo Clinic’s experts in clinical practice, research, and education to establish innovative ways to yield greater value, agility, and effectiveness at speed and scale through new technology, including advanced analytics, AI, and individualized experience design. Roth also designed the structure to support the clinic’s enterprise portfolio of digital products, experiences, and services centered on medical knowledge and core values.
