Part of Minneapolis-based North Star Resource Group for nearly two decades, Michelle Muthiani started as an administrative assistant with North Star affiliate Gifford Financial. She became a Gifford financial advisor in 2019 and launched her solo practice at North Star in 2024. She is a member of North Star’s medical division, a group of advisors committed to providing expertise to dentists and physicians. Between 2024 and 2025, her work contributed to a 31% increase in gross dealer concession. And, as a founding member of North Star’s DEI Committee, launched in 2021, Muthiani serves as a driving force behind the firm’s awareness of diverse cultures.
