As part of the Flint Hills Resources leadership team, Anne Lee is responsible for overseeing environmental programs at the Pine Bend Refinery in Rosemount, which supplies transportation fuels. Trained as a chemical engineer, Lee leads a team of engineers and scientists who ensure compliance with environmental regulations. In her 21 years with Flint Hills, Lee has contributed to or led significant initiatives, including programs that have reduced traditional criteria emissions by 70% since 2000; the implementation of novel, real-time air monitoring technology; and conservation programs that have saved 3 billion gallons of water since 2010.
