For over three years, Luiza Weber has supported Tierra Encantada’s CEO while navigating the complexities of a growing organization. Her resourcefulness was called upon this spring, when the Minneapolis-based Spanish immersion early education company restructured its HR department. Weber stepped in to lead implementation of a new time-clock system, develop SOPs, and oversee compliance. She assumed administrative responsibilities while supporting CEO and founder Kristen Denzer.
