Since coming onto the board of Second Harvest Heartland in 2022, Suzi Scott has championed the Brooklyn Park-based nonprofit’s mission to end hunger in Minnesota, providing key support to fundraising initiatives and critical communication efforts. With her deep knowledge of Minnesota’s nonprofit sector, Scott serves on the board’s development committee and has lent her communication skills as principal and owner of SKS Communications to moderation of this year’s Women’s Event, an annual engagement that brings together trailblazing leaders for a morning of inspiration, support, and networking.
