With more than 30 years of legal experience and a reputation for strategic problem-solving, Nicole Engisch helps clients with complex and high-stakes matters in the private sector. She has investigated and prosecuted prominent multimillion-dollar cases, including the largest bankruptcy fraud case prosecuted in Minnesota and one of the District of Minnesota’s largest corporate fraud cases, the latter of which led to convictions of the corporate defendant and six officers. As co-chair of Dorsey’s Higher Education and Academic Research Practice Group, she also leads a multidisciplinary team in counseling academic research institutions dedicated to bettering the community.
