Loneliness is an epidemic, the U.S. surgeon general declared in 2023. After making the move from Seattle to the Twin Cities a few years ago, spouses Brittany and A.R. Bell hope to change that. Their company Gametime Hero provides active adults with a pathway to access local sports, soon to include leagues and tournaments, via their app. Wit=h more than $100,000 invested by the Gener8tor equity accelerator, A.R. Bell, a former Google software developer, has surpassed 1,000 app users. By the end of 2025, the Bells hope to saturate the Twin Cities market for adult recreational sports.
