Tanja Oquendo, J.D., is Fairview’s new chief people officer, effective Aug. 12. Oquendo will help drive Fairview forward by leading efforts that promote culture, diversity, equity, inclusion, and organizational growth. Her extensive expertise in human resources includes building high-performance cultures while maintaining a values- and mission-driven focus. She previously served as system senior vice president of transformation and integration at CommonSpirit Health.
