Janice Linster has joined Gensler as the Workplace Strategy Director of the North Central Region. In her new role, she will lead projects across services including workplace strategy, change management, culture strategy, and design guideline development, shaping the future of work. Janice’s 30+ years of industry experience includes launching and running her own interior architecture firm locally, Studio Hive. She is the current President-Elect of CoreNet Midwest.
