Sara Burdak is at the forefront of delivering technology that makes a difference. With nearly 30 years of audiology experience, Burdak ensures that every new hearing aid manufactured by Eden Prairie-based Starkey meets the needs of veterans, working adults, grandparents, caregivers, and anyone else with hearing loss. She’s particularly interested in education and training for both customers and partners. Last year, her team held more than 700 external training events and trained 8,000 hearing professionals. Burdak also oversees Starkey’s global audiology strategy in education and training programs and its customer and industry relations. She also works with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. She strives to be an accessible leader who leans into helping others develop professionally.
