In 2017, Marshall Nguyen walked into a commercial real estate expo to find he was the only Asian there, which spurred him to bring representation to the dynamic field. Nguyen’s Edina-based Caspian Group is the lead broker and adviser for the new Asia Mall project in Eden Prairie. Nguyen has also partnered with Chicago-based Pacifica Square USA to take vacant mall properties and big-box structures across the nation and transform them into culturally focused lifestyle centers with entertainment, restaurants, supermarkets, and multifamily housing, including Burnsville Center.
