In 2016, Andrew Leone and co-founder Ryan Hanson took Dispatch, formerly an in-house tool used to track product delivery, and expanded it into a B2B delivery service platform. Based in Bloomington, the platform’s purpose is to “drive efficiency and reduce wasted mileage” to simplify the final mile of a product’s journey. Leone, who’s been flexing his entrepreneurship skills for the last 20 years, leans on customer feedback to innovate. Dispatch’s latest offering, Dispatch Connect, gives customers the ability to optimize, route, and track deliveries with real-time updates.
