Kyle Kroll’s career has already had an outsized impact on Minnesota law. In 2020, his work on Minnesota’s first appeal involving electric vehicles helped chart a new course for EV infrastructure as the state pursues a goal of 20% EV use by 2030. Recognized by colleagues at Minneapolis-based Winthrop & Weinstein as an emerging leader who possesses a unique combination of business sense and legal expertise, Kroll has served on the city of Minneapolis’s Ethical Practices Board and the University of Minnesota’s Student Legal Service’s Board of Directors.
