Tara Sutton’s trial practice focuses on representing individuals, governments, and tribal nations harmed by defective products and fraudulent conduct. She was lead negotiator for the Minneapolis-based firm’s representation of 28 American Indian tribes in the Great Plains, Upper Midwest, and West Coast in opioid litigation, resulting in a $439 million settlement against the big three opioid distributors.
