Jeff Arnesen has been a board member since 2019 and board chair since 2023 at Minneapolis-based Spark-Y, dedicated to youth entrepreneurship and STEM education. He also is on the board for Baby’s Space, a Minneapolis nonprofit provider of early childhood care for impoverished children, where he oversees finances. Arnesen has spent more than a decade in the Twin Cities mergers-and-acquisitions business community and now works as a senior vice president at Marsh, in Minneapolis. Patrick Whannel, a colleague of 10 years, says Arnesen “refuses to accept ‘the way it’s always been done,’ challenges convention with intention, and brings a strategic lens to everything he touches.”
