As the founder and principal of Burnsville-based Auromira Architects, Mythili Thiagarajan specializes in medical, dental, and commercial projects, bringing more than 26 years of leadership experience with her from firms in India as well as the Twin Cities. Recently, she has worked for healthcare organizations, commercial clients, and public sector entities, including the state of Minnesota. As the 2025 president of MNCREW, a local networking organization for women in real estate, Thiagarajan has led initiatives focused on member engagement, leadership development, and expanding opportunities for women. She is a director of the CREW Network Foundation, supporting the next generation of leaders in commercial real estate.
