During construction of the Michel Aquatic Center for Saint Thomas Academy and Visitation School, Shifflett’s 12th project for the schools, he anchored the team in a vision shaped by the schools’ 150-year commitment to developing leaders and forming “the whole person.” Saint Thomas Academy president Brian Ragatz notes that Scott understood the project “was never about a pool; it was about a legacy.”
