In his five years with Zuri 3 Construction, president and CEO Bernard Furlow has overseen some monumental projects. The St. Paul-based construction management company recently broke ground on the buzzy 8,000-capacity Community Performing Arts Center amphitheater in North Minneapolis, in partnership with Kraus-Anderson. The company also began construction on a YWCA conversion into a workforce training center for women and minority union workers, covering 60,000 square feet. Zuri 3’s work on the Bush Foundation’s new headquarters in St. Paul picked up recent award nominations. From $3 million in revenue in 2024, Zuri 3 anticipates $40 million in revenue this year.
