Brad Reich has led Laketown Electric Corp. through significant operational and financial growth since he joined in 2022. Under Reich’s leadership, the Waconia-based company has grown its total assets by 152%, nearly doubled annual revenue from $28.7 million to $54.2 million, and tripled net income to $9.1 million. During this period, return on equity also improved fivefold, and Reich led an expansion of LEC’s bonding and surety capacity, from $20 million to $100 million, allowing the business to pursue larger projects. Reich has also modernized LEC’s financial infrastructure by leading strategic transitions that have involved CPA relationships, insurance and risk management programs, retirement services, and financial partnerships.
