Meeting regularly with attorneys and creating forecast sheets to gauge their likely performance as partners, Considine brings both expert foresight and approachability to the numbers side of the business, says president and attorney Joshua Hasko. “Brian takes a proactive approach to ensure that financial decisions are aligned with the firm’s 3/5/10 plan, even if the decision in the moment seems to undermine short-term growth,” Hasko says. “To date, he’s yet to be wrong.” Considine was key to the office’s recent move, plus its recent acquisition of a firm in St. Michael.
