Kevin Barry has overseen multiple periods of growth and transformation in his nearly decade-long tenure with Patterson Cos. and recently has been key to modernizing the Mendota Heights-based company’s core operations. These efforts took the form of new-build centers in Canada and the U.K., enhancements at Patterson’s Montreal fulfillment center, and expansion of its Missouri facility from 95,000 to 255,000 square feet. Barry’s most notable accomplishment has been his help leading Patterson’s transition from a public to private company in 2025. Throughout a $4.2 billion acquisition by Patient Square Capital, Barry partnered with stakeholders to establish a new capital structure and reporting framework.
