Phil Cattanach has returned to Opus as president and chief executive officer of Opus Development Company. In this role, Phil provides executive leadership and sets the overall real estate development strategy. Most recently, Phil was executive vice president of commercial development for United Properties, prior to which he spent 16 years at Opus advancing through numerous construction and development roles. Phil’s unique background also includes serving six years in the U.S. Army.
