LeafLine Labs said it would open its third and fourth dispensaries—or Care Center—on the same day the state adds intractable pain to the list of qualifying conditions.

The St. Paul location is at 550 Vandalia Street, near the city’s western border with Minneapolis.

The addition of intractable by the state came after fewer-than-expected patients enrolled in the program.
