Adair Mosley has served as CEO of Minneapolis-based Pillsbury United Communities since 2017, promoted after six years that included service as the organization’s chief innovation officer. Before becoming CEO, he led multiple initiatives, including opening a new social enterprise grocery store and wellness center in North Minneapolis known as North Market. Mosley has an ambitious agenda for 2022: advancing Justice Built Communities, a community development corporation focused on equitable economic development; launching a program to create pathways for young people into technical careers and trades; and working to create large-scale change that effectively closes pervasive disparities in Minnesota.
