At Minneapolis-based investment management firm Speece Thorson Capital Group, Peter Swanson manages a $515 million concentrated portfolio of high-quality, small and mid-cap domestic equities. He is also responsible for industry and company analysis, security selection, portfolio construction, risk management, new business development, customer service, compliance, and overall team performance. Swanson served as board chair for Converge Retirement Plan, overseeing a $262 million defined benefit and defined contribution pension and a $50 million endowment fund, and is a board member of the Twin Cities Area Association of Graduates, a veteran-only nonprofit with a mission to serve and support the Air Force Academy and graduate community. Swanson is an active Air Force Reserve officer.
