Mamie Harvey leads Minneapolis-based architecture and design firm Alliiance’s science and technology studio, where she focuses on programming and front-end planning strategies for the firm’s clients.

Harvey has led initiatives to position Alliiance as the design firm of choice for higher-education institutions and corporations. She initiated Alliiance’s involvement in the AIA 2030 Commitment, which tracks industry progress toward achieving carbon-neutral construction by 2030. She also has implemented an internal personnel review process that includes a career-mapping tool to measure staff progress.
