Jen Tregarthen joined the Minneapolis office of Missouri-headquartered insurance brokerage firm Lockton Cos. in 2016. As a business advocate and client consultant, she develops and leads client relationships; recruits and builds associate leadership and expertise; and initiates and maintains financial and volunteer efforts within the community. Tregarthen served in the Army from 2000 to 2004 as a combat mental health counselor. In 2003, she sustained a gunshot wound when her base in Iraq was attacked. As a service-disabled combat veteran, she’s passionate about advocating for veterans and service members. She leads Lockton’s National Veteran LEAN group and serves on the boards of Tee It Up for the Troops and the Ridgeview Foundation.
