It’s been almost a decade since Brazil’s ballet supergroup Grupo Corpo performed in the Twin Cities. Known for transforming classical ballet with Brazilian forms and rhythms, Grupo Corpo will perform two recent works: Ímã, set to the music of Brazil’s trio +2, and Sem Mim, a piece inspired by medieval songs about women waiting for lovers to return from the sea.
