A St. Paul native, Shannon Kelly manages the largest venue in Minneapolis, which seats more than 66,000 people. She was promoted to this role in June after working as the stadium’s events director for four years. She oversees nearly 60 employees charged with daily operations and long-term venue management. In 2026, U.S. Bank will be 10 years old. “We have a lot of exciting things in store, including Ed Sheeran returning for his third performance at our venue and two nights of WWE Summer Slam,” Kelly says. “The energy of live events in downtown is palpable,” and U.S. Bank Stadium serves as an economic engine for Minneapolis.
