Kwikly Dental Staffing, which he launched with co-founder Yom Hirpa in 2016, is an app-based business that connects dental hygienists, dental assistants, and front-desk workers with dental offices in need of temp help. Evidently, the need is great; between 2020 and 2023, Kwikly’s revenue grew by over 2,100%, placing it in first among Minnesota businesses on Inc. magazine’s annual list of the fastest-growing companies in America. Today, Kwikly operates in six states, and Nastaean sees opportunity to double or triple that number in 2025.
