In 2021, health care entrepreneur and investor Mike Nathan “got the band back together” from a past success to pursue another first-to-market opportunity. Livio Health was a mobile provider of in-home services for people with chronic illnesses. (It’s now part of St. Louis Park-based senior health company Lifespark.) Nathan’s new venture, Mendota Heights-based Mendota Health, is also mobile-driven, providing at-home chronic wound care. Now operating in more than a dozen states, the fast-growing startup recently added long-term care facilities to its customer list, a move Nathan believes will double company revenue in 2025.
