Holding court in the center of Wayzata, Lindsay Pohlad has cemented her status as a leading restaurateur who knows what people want. During the height of the pandemic, Pohlad (the spouse of Bob’s son Tom) launched The Grocer’s Table, a stylish all-day café and market that soon set the benchmark for grab-and-go and became the default casual gathering space for the lake set. As guests started looking for more elevated dining, Pohlad launched her newest venture, Eloise.
