In August, Jeff Lipovetz was promoted from COO to CEO of TKDA, a national engineering, architecture, and planning firm. The company has long been headquartered in downtown St. Paul, but Lipovetz says one of his top goals for 2025 is ensuring a smooth transition of more than 300 employees to a new office in Bloomington. He’s optimistic about TKDA’s revenue prospects. “Strong public infrastructure funding offers a good upside for our transportation, buildings, and water [businesses],” Lipovetz says. In addition, he believes the declining cost of capital will motivate clients.
