A veteran of more than 35 years in the real estate development industry, Dale Wills established Centra in 2011. Coon Rapids-based Centra Homes expects to build about 160 new homes in 2025, and the company has been securing land in areas 20 to 30 minutes from the downtowns. “We’re very focused on single-family homes that are ideal for first-time buyers, empty nesters,” Wills says. Centra Capital Partners uses investors’ money from the point of acquiring land to construction; investor returns flow when the homes are sold.
