Craig O’Halloran has been hard at work at Foss Swim School for the past three years, adding eight schools in three Midwest markets, with five more under development. But next year, he plans to flex new muscles by expanding into Denver. “There’s an opportunity to go in and differentiate ourselves from the competitive landscape,” he says. Eden Prairie-based Foss plans to build multiple schools in Denver, hoping to duplicate its current footprint and brand awareness in the Twin Cities. To keep centered on growth, O’Halloran’s goal is to double the number of swim lessons Foss offers every five years.
