At Eagle Ridge, she leads teams responsible for major renovations at mixed-use buildings such as International Market Square (a facelifted atrium, upgraded parking, exterior landscaping, and new hospitality spaces have driven occupancy to 92% this year), One Southwest Crossing in Eden Prairie, and Golden Valley’s Colonnade. “Sticking with a project the whole time, having that continuity, really helps the vision come together,” she says. She plans to hit the ground running with a new slate of renos in 2026.
