Based in downtown Minneapolis, the 55-person business designs and manages human clinical trials on behalf of other companies big and small. Andrea Fenton Abbs declined to name specific clients, but she says her customer base includes startups, midsized companies, and multinational businesses. The company’s revenue has been growing 20% year over year for the past several years. In 2025, she aims to add a few more employees to prepare for a long pipeline of projects because “we’ve built the expertise and infrastructure to scale the business.”
