Adam Choe is all too familiar with the growing pains of a first-time founder, building his reservoir of knowledge from scratch with pediatric health care startup Yonder. That's why in 2022 he and his co-founders spearheaded Tundra Ventures, a Minneapolis venture fund targeting pre-seed companies with founders whose companies are deemed underinvested. Tundra's priorities are supporting its current portfolio of 11 companies while finding other high-potential businesses to invest in. "One of the best ways to solve a lot of inequalities in the world," says Choe, "is giving people that might not have originally had the network or resources a chance to build meaningful companies."
