Baker Tilly’s business development director Will Roach is known in his Twin Cities community as an instrumental nonprofit board leader, combining his passion for business, public policy, and advancement in youth education. As the chair of global nonprofit Destination Imagination from its Plymouth location, he focuses on driving financial sustainability for the organization, which works with students around the world on critical thinking, problem solving, and creativity. Equally passionate about fighting youth homelessness, he recently completed a seven-year run on the board of YouthLink, which works with 2,000 local homeless youth annually. He drove a $5 million fundraiser to support a new housing facility and career center, while acquainting other business and community leaders with the organization.
