With more than two decades of industry experience, Tom Cronin hit the ground running when he joined commercial real estate development firm Roers Cos. as CFO in 2021. Since then, he’s overseen the sales of seven multifamily properties totaling $285 million, including the firm’s Twin Cities senior living portfolio and two suburban market-rate apartment properties. He also led a refinance of the firm’s workforce housing property to strengthen the company’s financial position. Cronin’s leadership experience has helped the Plymouth firm prepare to double its headcount, expand into several new states, and add regional headquarters in Texas. An active community member and mentor, Cronin lends his expertise to Roers’ new Emerging Leaders development program.
