In just three years with NDC, Tammie Nasseff has made an immense impact, implementing new and more efficient accounting software, streamlining budgeting processes, and ensuring financial integrity for the St. Paul nonprofit, which supports entrepreneurs, particularly in disadvantaged communities. As CFO, her innovation and collaboration have created a solid foundation for financial sustainability. She leads the NDC team through general accounting practices, real estate acquisitions, and strengthening partnerships with funders. As a member of NDC’s executive leadership team, Nasseff contributes to the organization’s thought leadership and strategy. A licensed CPA, she’s a member of the Minnesota Board of Accountancy and the Minnesota Society of CPAs. She’s also an advisory member for the Grotto Foundation and a board treasurer at Esperanza United.
