This year, Global Street Partners has achieved $10 million in transactions, fueled by the Minneapolis-based commercial real estate advisory firm’s strategic partnerships, and it has doubled in revenue since it opened in 2023. Driving that success is Stephanie Lee, who draws on 25 years of industry expertise across corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and human resources. An example of her advisory work: Lifeworks Services, which opened the Center for Disability Inclusion in New Hope early this year. The nonprofit provides day support, career planning, and inclusion education. Lee worked with Lifeworks to choose a site with floor-to-ceiling windows in a retail setting to ensure that people with disabilities are visible and actively involved in everyday life.
