Scott Longval is a 17-year veteran at Intricon, an Arden Hills-based manufacturer of micromedical technology. He joined the company as chief financial officer in 2005, became chief operating officer in 2019, and was named president and CEO in 2020. Under his leadership, Intricon’s annual revenue exceeds $135 million, with more than 900 employees across six manufacturing sites, from Arden Hills to California, Singapore, and Indonesia. In 2021, Intricon achieved record sales despite global supply chain challenges, and in 2022, Longval took Intricon private at a 40% premium for shareholders. Longval oversaw the diversification of the company’s executive team and board and is committed to workforce growth in the medical device sector. The company recently added a new advanced research and development lab at its local headquarters and expanded a manufacturing plant in Indonesia.
