Rose Neale is part of Sun Country’s executive leadership team and partners with the CEO, president, and COO on strategy and vision. She oversees a $70 million budget and leads government relations and Sun Country’s airport affairs team, which includes 108 airports that the Minneapolis-based airline serves. Neale and her team also manage Sun Country’s securities filings, corporate governance, insurance, and contracts, including aircraft purchases and lease agreements. She assisted with the strategic acquisition of seven aircraft on lease with other carriers and oversaw legal negotiations of $300 million in financing facilities, in addition to the acquisition of 17 aircraft for the fleet. As the liaison to Sun Country’s board, Neale helped leadership transition the board to 50% representation of women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ individuals. Neale chairs the National Air Carrier Association.
