Throughout his five years on the board of Cristo Rey Jesuit High School, Robert Frost has worked with school leaders to equip underresourced students with life skills to help them thrive. Frost is committed to building a community of care at the Minneapolis private school, where he is actively supporting students, working on fundraising initiatives, and fostering partnerships with local businesses. He leverages his role as managing director at Lazard, a financial services firm, to create partnerships with supporters and corporate work-study partners. His peers say he is a gifted relationship-builder, dedicating hundreds of hours each year to creating accessible paths to higher education for Cristo Rey students. He is a former alumni executive board member at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
