Rebecca Gordon, an industry leader in architecture, engineering, and construction, has engineered more than 625 structural projects, including Minnesota landmarks such as the Minnesota State Office Building, the HealthPartners Lakeview Stillwater Hospital, and the University of Minnesota’s recently opened Fraser Hall. In 21 years at ERA Structural Engineering, Gordon has helped advance STEM professionals, serving as market lead for the 90-person St. Paul firm’s health care, life sciences, and higher education portfolios. She was instrumental in establishing the ERA Structural Engineering Scholarship through the U of M for students with financial need, and she founded ERA’s Learning and Development initiative last year.
