In her role at windows and doors manufacturer Marvin, Rachel Mesa is focused on reimagining the customer experience, which has called for a large-scale digital transformation. She leads the company’s newly formed Digital Center of Excellence and is establishing a consistent and cohesive strategy for Marvin’s digital presence with customers. She also oversees the Warroad-based company’s digital product management and engineering teams and is responsible for the build-out of an innovative technology footprint for a new and growing business unit. “Rachel is a transformative leader, combining strong technical capabilities with insightful business acumen,” says Marvin’s chief digital officer, Rick Johnson. Mesa’s work is key to the company’s five-year business strategy and will ultimately advance its digital capabilities for an enhanced customer experience.
