Leading Park Dental Partners, the Roseville-based provider of business and nonclinical support to dental practices, Pete Swenson has seen the company through immense growth. Swenson, who has nearly 30 years of experience in the industry, recently led Park Dental Partners in the execution of a multi-year strategy to position the company for entry into the public market, which occurred Dec. 3. Under his leadership, Park Dental Partners expanded from 98 to more than 200 doctors and 1,400 team members across 85-plus locations. The company saw revenues grow from $100 million in 2013 to $230 million in 2024. In 2025, the company also ranked as Minnesota’s 21st-largest health care organization and 76th-largest private company. When it recently went public, its revenue placed it among the state’s top 50 public companies.
