Patrick Boley is a strong advocate for people with intellectual disabilities and mental health conditions, and the legal expertise he lends to Reach for Resources is peerless, says Kate Bottiger, executive director of the Minnetonka-based nonprofit. Boley, an attorney with Eckberg Lammers, offers legal assistance on the board of the nonprofit, which serves 1,700 people statewide, and he has helped with government contracts, insurance claims, employee benefits, and more. In his 18-year tenure, he has held several positions on the board, including president, secretary, and vice chair. Boley recently contributed to the acquisition of TRAIL, a nonprofit providing transportation for people with disabilities. “He meticulously reviewed and revised the asset transfer agreement to align with Reach’s objectives,” Bottiger says.
